Unofficial, this app is not made by De Staat, but by a fan that wanted to create a custom watch face and figured the album cover would look good as watch face.
This is an Android Wear watch face in the style of the album cover of the album 'O' by 'De Staat' from The Netherlands.
If you're a listener and you like their style, this might be a nice watch face for you.

The watch face is for rounded or rectangular watches.
It is not limited to round watches, it will look more like the album cover on a rectangular watch.
It features the simple design of their album cover, with the time in the center of the 'O' (in digital format).
In active mode, a black dot will be rendered on the white 'O' ring to indicate the current second.
The song name 'Time Will Get Us Too' will be displayed below the time.
Below that, the date will be displayed.
Above the time, the battery status will be displayed.

To disable the battery status and date information, simply double tap the watch face in active mode to toggle their visibility.

The ambient mode shows a black screen with a very dark grey 'O' ring, the time (digital) and the song name 'Get On Screen'.
Both mentioned songs are available on the album by De Staat.
